12 MONTH DEVICE LIMITED WARRANTY

Healthier Devices LLC/Freedom e-cigarette warrants to the original purchaser of the Freedom e-cigarette, that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, Freedom e-cigarette will, at its discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned unit) components that are defective. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.

Freedom e-cigarette makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the U.S., Freedom e-cigarette disclaims all implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the U.S., any implied warranty of condition of merchant ability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.

Warranty Claim Instructions

We will try our best to get your repaired product back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:

1. Contact the seller to determine if you need to return the product. If the seller is unable to determine this, please contact Freedom e-cigarette directly. Do not return a product to the seller or to Freedom e-cigarette without first contacting them.


2. The seller (or Freedom e-cigarette) will provide instructions.


3. Pack the items to be returned securely using the original packaging material (if possible).


4. Please enclose the following: a) your original bill of sale, b) name, address, contact telephone/fax numbers, c) email address and d) reason for returning the item.


5. Ship prepaid to your supplier or to Freedom e-cigarette. Shipping charges to Freedom e-cigarette are your responsibility. COD shipments will not be accepted by Freedom e-cigarette.
